Eligibility for Return.

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item (different design or quantity)

If your issue matches the criteria above, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate the return process. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for return or refund.

How to Request a Return.

To file a return, kindly email us at customer@foockey.com or WhatsApp us at +91 88 00 489148 with:

  • Order number
  • Clear images or videos of the issue
  • A brief explanation of the problem

Our support team will respond within 24 hours and guide you through the process.

Return Conditions.
  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • We do not accept returns for minor color/design variations or change-of-mind purchases
  • Return shipping (if applicable) will be discussed case-by-case

Refunds.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Refund amount will be based only on the product cost of eligible items
